OPEN POSITIONS

We are currently seeking a qualified Warehouse Supervisor (m/f/d) to join our team at the earliest opportunity.
Requirements:
  • Completed vocational training in warehouse logistics or freight forwarding
  • Proficiency with ERP systems
  • Strong English language skills
  • Valid certifications for operating industrial trucks and forklifts
  • 1–3 years of experience, preferably in a comparable role with initial leadership responsibilities
  • High level of dedication, strong teamwork abilities, and reliability
Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing incoming and outgoing goods in coordination with Operations Management
  • Providing materials and maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Order picking
  • Monitoring delivery schedules in close collaboration with the Purchasing department
  • Determining supply needs
  • Optimizing processes in consultation with Operations Management
  • Organizing and structuring the warehouse
  • Providing professional leadership to team members
  • Conducting inventory counts in cooperation with Operations Management and Controlling
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of ERP systems and processes within the warehouse environment
  • Ensuring a clean, orderly, and well-maintained workplace

Compensation:
Classification depends on prior experience, typically pay grade EG 10 OT.

Your tasks:
You will create windings for electric motors and perform the corresponding pre- and post-processing tasks. The finished windings will then be tested by you using testing devices and forwarded into the further production process. You will work in a small, exclusive team, closely collaborating with software development, sales, and procurement—typical for a medium-sized company, with short communication channels leading to swift success. We don’t have long decision-making processes; all decision-makers are always available.
Your profile:

If you have: 

  • Completed training as an electronics technician for machine and drive technology or as an electromechanical technician,
  • Ideally 1-3 years of professional experience in creating windings in a production environment (preferably in the electronics and/or metal industry),
  • Commitment, precision, and reliability as core values,
